Omg. He makes me fall asleep like it's nothing....I'm a chronic insomniac. I'm very glad I found this channel. I also have ptsd and sometimes falling asleep has this feeling like your choosing to fall off a cliff. And it has that falling feeling so it doesn't feel right and my body reacts being startled and then I'm up and a bit alert for some minutes. And the best kind of sleep is the kind where I didn't even know I fell asleep till I'm dreaming and wake up later. That's what this guy helped me do. I comfortably fell asleep. This is so awesome! Because I go to Italy every year and in 1 day of that holiday I always go to Rome. So it's a lot of fun to get to now more of the history there.
