I found this demonstration very helpful and informative. I haven’t practiced much with acrylic but I find it much harder to learn than gel. I’m also sensitive to monomer, thanks to having had my nails done at a non-standard salon for a few years. I may try the NSI sensitive monomer to see if it helps.

The NSI Sensitive Monomer is HEMA-Free, but it works the same as our original monomer. We have a few videos on how to sculpt acrylic nails. Give it a try and see what you think. We also have Soft Gel tips which give the look of an enhancement without sculpting which may be a good option for you.

Can you do demonstration on the odourless liquid please I brought the spa one and can’t get on with it
