Now it's coming the night update to DR2, and hope that can upload tuning setups for rotary engines, but now I used your old tune of Kaiju pro drift 3 with rotary and some adjustments, and drifts smooth an nice

YOOOO I MADE IT IN, update bout that throttle thing, it dont only happen on uh low rpm, maybe it’s because of my screen protector or my ipad’s screen isn’t very clean, but alright!

downtune the engine by lowering the "rpm at max torque" (all the way down) and see if it still lags, if it doesn't lag anymore then proceed to re-tune the transmission, hope this helps :)
