Me and a friend got it on the premiere based on his work within Buffy. That being said, absolutely adored this film. It felt a cult hit but we didn't even know it yet. The cast was fantastic, supported each other well.

I never even heard of it until it won the Razzie for worst movie of the year. When I saw that I was like, "WTF is that?" Looked up a trailer, and IMMEDIATELY left my house to buy it on Blu-Ray. Got to see a screening later with the director and creator when they were debuting their new thing. "Devil's Carnival" think it was called? I didn't care for that, but it let me ask a question I was dying to hear about at the Q&A and see this in theater, so that was amazing!
