This might be an existing news for businesses, corporations & those who benefit from the movie 🎬 industries but for the middle class Georgians or Atlanteans in the further years this could establish a negative impact similar to what California residents are facing, like economic inequality & residential gentrification that could cause a rise in housing for struggling middle class and many unforeseen social & economic challenges for the locals but again it's just a thought 😉
