No one will ever come here unless we draft guys and develope them. We have the best shot coordinator and a coach who developed young guys.Which in no stage did the pistons select. Every year they said we are going to be competitive. Forget developing our young guys we will win now. And in Troy's 4 years no development or roster cohesion has taken place.

They have $50 million in cap space and will probably do zero to make that team better it’s ridiculous and the fans deserve better. It’s not. Listen to your gut. This hiring sucks. It sucks because it’s like when the Lions sucked. This isn’t about hiring one or two guys. It’s an entire house cleaning and attitude shift that’s needed that just isn’t happening. You’ll see. The pistons are like the tigers. They sell streaks as a sign of improvement. They might be fundamentally broken, but look! “Cade iS ImProzvunG!” This is why people never saw the lions as god awful until they finally hit rock bottom as the worst franchise/team in history. The pistons are now fighting to be competitive with average teams. Thats what the lions were for 60 years. It ABSOLUTELY started when Gores took over. The best you can hope for is them to be like Redskins or some other middling franchise that celebrates their guys trying, It’s pathetic.

It was bad coaching, Bojan, Joe Harris and Monte Morris their veteran SHOOTERs that were brought in for spacing were hurt most of the season(love how ppl forget that) , they WANTED to trade Killian Hayes(whos out the league now)but Monty STARTED him over Jaden Ivey, oh Ausar Thompson started out averaging a double double and whoa..Monty benched him for Kevin Knox, like most Pistons fans watched and suffered through the crazy Rotations and all bench line ups while stagnating the younger players development. At the beginning of the season some ppl had Detroit picked as a play in team... they just gave up and that's BAD COACHING...PERIOD.
