Off-topic, but it has to be said: you made my day Roos! I'm feeling quite sad lately and very uncomfortable in my own skin. Watching you, beeing yourself and showing your beautiful body, makes my heart so much lighter. I also started the plant hobby during the lowest point of a Burnout, almost 2 years ago... there is something about plants, that helps calming the mind ❤

Hello Roos, you are so very sweet, and I thank you for addressing my question. I got my love of plants as well from my grandmother and Mom. They could grow just about anything!! Great video as usual. BTW, my favorite ice cream is Ben & Jerry's Brownie and their Cherry Garcia. YUM! Ready for your next video already!! 🥰🪴

Can you do a garden and greenhouse planttour before the plants go into their winterrest? And where did you buy that colocasia Pharao's mask, I love it! Did you buy it as a bulb?

I had a colocasia once, and couldn’t keep up with the growth. Had to keep repotting which got on my nerves. Probably best outside!

I come from the old school. Small form is a climbing vine. And big form is a tighter shrub and adding the pole it keeps it from getting crooked and deformed by the weight

Heb jij de colocasia’s buiten in potten of binnen? Ik heb 2 stekken net via de post binnen, in een pot, kwamen goed aan maar een paar uur later zagen ze er niet best meer uit.

Ik heb ze in potten in onze kas! Hier vlakbij zee waait het heel veel dus zo zijn ze een beetje beschermd. Maar het is logisch dat ze even moeten bijkomen van de post hoor! Hopelijk herstellen ze snel

@@plantwithroosdat is top een kas! Die heb ik helaas niet. Ze staan nu binnen, zou buiten beter zijn? Wij wonen volgens mij dichtbij elkaar, ik woon in gemeente Noordwijk.

Dat is afhankelijk van hoeveel ramen en licht je hebt in huis. Maar nu wel veel wind buiten, dus op een lichte plek binnen misschien beter. En sommige soorten willen echt veel water, groeien half of zelfs helemaal in vijvers!

@@plantwithroos ze staan wel heel licht, en met de voetjes in het water, maar hangen nog steeds. Ik wacht het maar af, of ze nieuwe blaadjes aan gaan maken.

Rose in bikini, insta watch. Rose not in bikini…also insta watch. My Black Beauty did so much better in leca and sized up quickly with increased light. Butter pecan would probably be my favorite ice cream flavor.

My husband and I renovated a house built in 1913, and one of our regrets was that it would have been better and probably cheaper to pull it down and start from scratch,it’s been 25 years and still not finished. 😫😫💚💚💚🪴🪴🪴🌿🌿

Oh noooo! But it does have so much charm, I'm focusing on that. It did frustrate me a lot when the builders said that AFTER having built it up again.. Like that's not helpful
