Hope you fixed your problem, but for what I saw in your video, it just lacks a thorough watering. As you can see in the water is only staying on top and not draining to the bottom of your pot. Easy solution; you need a better and draining soil. You also need to put in in a better natural lighting.

Yes it was ready for an upgrade and I'm glad you did this video because it maybe time for me to tackle some of my larger plants but I going to save them for last because girl I know it's gonna be a job and I ain't ready.😳😆😂
