Great tips. I use pumice instead of perlite, and often I toss in a scoop of zeolite as well.

Do you recommend having the plant well-watered the day before repotting or is it better to repot when the soil is dry?

Somewhere in between if possible 😊 if they are very wet then it's just a bit messy (not really an issue for the plant, more a personal thing), if they are too dry then the roots are more likely to be brittle and you can lose more roots during the repot. I would say water 3-5 days before ideally 💚

@@kristiguo8410 you don't need to drown the plant after repotting, just enough to settle the plant in. Root rot normally happens over a period of over watering. As long as the roots are healthy when you repot this should be fine 💚
