Not really, for me they conducted an interview, they asked you questions like what you know about radiology, what got you interested in radiology & why you want to go into radiology. It all depends on how dedicated you sound. Other than that I don’t think so. But thats because I’m going to a medical trade type school. If you’re trying to get into radiology through a public college and what not then I think it’s a lottery system. So it might be a little bit more time consuming to get in

Wait.. I actually want to read what your sign says.. 😅 I recently left my career in accounting and construction management to go back to school, because I want to be a radiologist technician. I’m just taking basic classes this first semester to catch myself up after not being in school in 9 years. This is my first time going to college, I never had the support of family so I have no idea what I’m doing or how to eventually get into the rad tech program.

Go to a college that offers radiology technology program it is a 2 year associate degree program. Make sure the program is accredited by the JCERT commission. Take your pre reqs make sure you get A's and B's on all pre reqs especially Science and Math ! Good luck!
