I have owned both the National ($3200.00) and now the Republic Tricone, which was $799.00. The Republic sounds great and I'd almost say I can't tell the difference between the two, but then some would say I'd sound as if I have no ears. The resonator internals inside the National are certainly more rugged. I've had to have one of these ever since "The Progressive Blues Experiment" came out.

Roberto Hart stated; and I repeated, "1139, I don't believe a word of it!" Lets see, what creek off of what river? Located in what state, in what county, in what country. Lets see, what are the markings on your map, top and sides? I just don't believe, however if you share I'll bring the alcohol, and little ol rag weed from Mexico and "playing with her resonator" well I also know that spot on my gal from New Mexico. I'm thinking of buying a resonator from Ol Mexico but they are hard to get back across the border here in New Mexico without making a lot of noise. I'm told, Texas is an easier border to cross. I'll let you try my resonator if you let me cross back into the good old U.S.A. Fool we're talking about guitars not humans, now what where you thinking?! Bad, BAD Sad? But some of them can sing I'm told? Fool we're talking about guitars....etc!
