During his presidency he managed to pissed off alot of legislators trying to pack the courts and trying to expand powers of the executive branch. After Eisenhower got in,the amendment was done to limit the president to two terms. I personally don't like term limits, because if you get an exceptional leader they have to go after X number of years. Sadly we have such low information voters now, elections have become popularity/lying contests. Sad.
