Can we request Amazon to issue a certificate with the package that they are delivering to the customer that they are only delivering what has been asked for the customer and not other accessories such as snakes, centipedes, insects, rats etc.

1st point - Must verify if consumers are not doing it themselves for harming companies. 2nd point - All the edible products have labels on it how to store, at what temperatures etc..but the fact is many products are stored not accordingly by local grocery & mall sellers. So finding fungus, worms is normal as sellers are not storing properly. 3rd point - Indian government mus strictly appoint food inspectors who visit and check the hygiene of manufacturing units, as well as the sellers at end who finally sell it to consumers. In India, we have frequent power failures, grocery sellers store chocolates, bakery products such as bread & buns etc in direct sunlight at there shelves. So it is oblivious the product gets spoiled. 4th point - On Swiggy, Zomato or other online food providing services, any one can start a cloud kitchen even from home. Who knows and verifies about hygiene? Nowadays a street vendor also sells on swiggy and zomato.

I compained to Swiggy and coke. got very little in terms of solution. complained in NCH, complained got closed with no furhter resolution. Coke has not even replied to a tweet of mine.
