Loved this! Ant and I agree with your tile choice 👌🏼 Can't wait to see the finished floor!

You could heat the rings to make them expand?

That’s actually a great idea! That said, I didn’t have very many tools on location and when I come to reuse the bands they would’ve needed cutting anyway. Like the idea of using heat though.

Looking forward to see your start of this project! Would be amazing to see you lay a star parquette with borders for your cabbin, will definitely be a one of a kind. Here (Sweden) this design became very popular in the 60's and is to this day still a very desirable design.

Hej, me too! That would be a very nice design to consider, but first I have to do some significant improvements to the cabin - which will feature in my project videos. Tack.

You obviously own the company.. You don't go into a workshop dressed like that 😂

The old adage ‘Present oneself as you’d like others to view you’ springs to mind, and can help you along in life. The workshop is in an educational institution and I like to set high standards for myself and students, so as bizarre as it may seem I do go into a workshop dressed like that! 😀
