this kidney problem usually starts with high insulin levels, high carb diet, high blood sugar levels, and frequent use of NSAID'S. water may also be the cause but not for sure. To prevent always they should consume low carbohydrate diet. it's not possible but can be made possible by government. Medications will worsen the issue. before kidney issues start they might have started BP medication which increases the chances of kidney issues, increases uric acid levels, increases cholesterol and increases blood glucose levels. So, they might have started BP medication first. So, to prevent or make them feel better it's must to decrease insulin and uric acid levels immediately.
