are you gonna buy one or do you already have one? when i starter piano i wrote down Song i would love to learn, and picked the easiest of them and tried it with synthesia on KZbin, it went fine, but two hands at the Same Time was hard, so i learned the Right one First and then the left. i also Made my goals short and organised,like when your learning a Song you might want to learn everything in one day or you could say id like to learn 0:01-0:15 and repeat that until i can play it With ease. i would choose this last option. cause when you take little Steps and repeat, your brain will not forget that part of that Song so easily.

Nah, go down the rabbit hole, and get yourself an analogue synthesizer, you can do so much with them it's unreal, and they're cheaper than a piano too.

@Alberto Bortolamei If you get a modern digital synthesizer, there are models available with hammer action keys and very realistic piano sounds. But then when you get bored playing the piano, you can either play around with the thousands of onboard functions or even make your own sounds. It's great!

I'm glad there are people that have this definition of easy. There are so many really really easy songs that are boring to learn, but ones like this are still easy, enough so that you can learn in a couple of hours most but sound good enough.

Hola Rosy lo de que es tan facil aprender a leer yo no lo he podido ver , ahora te aburriré con algunos años de mi vida xD, a los 4 años me metieron en clases de música al principio me gustaba pero aprendí a odiar el solfeo , aun así mis padres me obligaron a ir así que eso sufrí hasta los 12 años que fué cuando dejé de comer solamente por no ir a las clases y en todos esos añosde tortura aún escuchando la clase que yo iba 3 veces a la semana 2 horas sigo sin saber leer correctamente me cuesta leer una partitura mucho así que solamente puedo fiarme de mi gran oído musical para tocar música , mi oído y estos videos de youtube.

If you only just started learning the piano, I'd reccomend giving it at least a month before you begin to learn this one (depending on how much you practice). I'm nearly 3 months in and find it way easier to learn than I would have 2 months ago. If you're getting frustrated with a piece, it's probably too difficult for your level, so find something easier and return to it later. It's worked for me and I LOVE learning scores as a reward for all those technique drills. :D Thanks for the great tutorial, Peter!

Hi! Here's a little advice: if it's hard for you to keep the rhythm with ur left hand in the "hard part" ( 1:11 - 1:37 ) try to put the video speed on 0,50x and listen closely. In this speed, it's easier to realize when u need to press the keys and u find out it's not even that hard. Try to play the whole part in this speed and then do it faster and faster. Maybe this could help somebody, I was struggling with this part but then I tried this and it worked for me.

Right hands mechanics are very simple. Nice, repeated pattern, makes it easy to learn. Left hand can be tricky at first, but they're longer and allow for more preparation for the next note.

So, I can do the right hand. And although this may be simple, I’m happy because I know how happy that would’ve made me a while back. Just knowing I could play even the right hand, I love this song and it’s been one of my “goal songs” for a while now. One to eventually play correctly both hands. I’ve been taking piano for about a year and a half, the pandemic caused my lessons to switch to online for the last 5 months and that definitely isn’t easy for me since I have a hard time learning as it is😂 but I can play the right hand with ease now. So that’s still progress from where I was🤷‍♀️
