Requirements Elicitation - What Questions to Ask

If possible I always try to send a talking point document to each person before the meeting. Then I provide a handout at the meeting that may be the same or similar to the pre-meeting document. This process helps me stay on point and not stray to far from the purpose of the meeting. Meetings getting out of control typically don't provide information that is useful and can damage relationships. Victor
