You said if your home is older than 2010 then you shouldn’t have to pay Mello Roos anymore. Mine is just a bit older than 2010 and I’m still paying Mello Roos

Thanks for catching that, I meant to say 2000 not 2010. And it also depends on the builder. Some builders in some areas will actually pay that. But for the most part it’s passed on to homeowners.
