I noticed that no one ever uses hotkeys in these KZbin tutorials. You can accomplish in a few brief keystrokes what would otherwise require locating & clicking with a mouse, which I personally find far more tedious. I don't know, maybe I'm the weird one haha

what if C isn't in the scale, does the sampler root note have to be changed as well as the midi input

I'm surprised nobody has commented since this comment is so old! Basically, the effect is in the key of the track because it is sampled from the reverb of an element already in your track (which is presumably in key of course). Placing it on C3 simply plays it "standard", without any additional changes in pitch. Hope that makes sense :)
