I think that I would have a piece of mail or a piece of paper with the name, address, and phone number of the residence where the child is at. If an emergency arises the police dispatcher needs a name, address, and phone number to send the necessary and needed help to the appropriate location. Thankfully this story had a happy ending and no one was injured or killed

I would think that the parents would have the friends name, address, and phone number in an address book. I would think that the parents would know where they are sending their daughter to so that if a situation like this should arise they could get help quickly in an emergency

I think they edited the footage at 15:47. I remember in the original footage, the fire blows out, and the person is no longer there.
