It's been 28 years since this happened so Andy is 47 or almost 48 now. When I saw Andy fall, I was scared because I didn't know what happened to him. This happened on a Wednesday. I'm sure he said "Thank you" to his parents, Kim, Bill, Dick, and Emily for saving his life. Without them, Andy wouldn't be here today. I'm sure he's married with children of his own.

Today’s the 30th anniversary of when this happened so Andy is 49 or turning 50 this year. At the time this happened, I was 11 1/2 almost 12 and my brother Andrew was nine, but he was going to be 10 that year. It had been nine months since we moved to Charlotte, North Carolina from Fountain Hills, Arizona. On that day Andrew and I were at school or we had just come home.

Another Andrew that had a near death experience. My boyfriend Andrew almost drowned to death 10 days before his second birthday. 4th of July. He was at the lake by his gram's house and fell in. When he was pulled out of the lake blue and not breathing. His aunt did cpr on him and saved him. In 2016/2017 he was in a bad car accident. It was during the winter another car slid on ice and he swerved so they wouldn't crash into each other. He ended up hitting a tree head on. He was told if he was wearing his seatbelt he would have died. His engine block was pushed up into the drivers seat. He was thrown into his back seat from the impact. He had some broken ribs, facial injuries, and dislocated knee.

Season six. More specifically, episode 624. If memory serves me correctly, other segments from this episode included a zookeeper being attacked by a leopard (which I believe follow this one) and a documentary segment about the Oklahoma City bombing which was the fourth segment.
@allgood20008 жыл бұрын
Happy Ending Hang Glider was the third segment.
@PredatorBrendan8 жыл бұрын
Yeah, this segment was the first one in episode 624. It follows the Leopard Zoo Attack segment, the Happy Ending Hang Glider segment and the documenary segment of the Oklahoma City bombing, like Dorvell and AllGood2000 said.
@itsalleternal8 жыл бұрын
I think this segment was likely re-edited after the OKC bombing to fit that one and to bump the frozen kids story to a special. The commercial break appeared to be strangely placed and it didn't come back to Shatner. The other option was to place the OKC story first, but that seems like too sad of a story to start an episode...that assumes the story in the special was supposed to go first in 624.
@PredatorBrendan8 жыл бұрын
Hmm...maybe. There are other segments when it returns from the commercial breaks not having it come back to Shatner, but I think that one was likely placed in the last minute for the OKC bombing story and I think the kids fall of ice story was put in as a special since it was probably the original first segment for 624.
