Rescue crews save man clinging to tree after Queensland hit by heavy rain | 7NEWS

A man clinging to a tree has been saved by swiftwater rescue crews after his car was swept into flood waters on the Darling Downs.
It was the second rescue in the area in twelve hours, as parts of Queensland recorded the highest November rainfall totals in 20 years.
