Best wishes for that mare, you mentioned an infection in her mouth. Years ago I saw an extremely abscessed tooth causing what you described happening in her sinuses. Affected teeth were removed, a strong course of antibiotics was administered with good results. Not a veterinarian, just something I helped out with as a teen that your story made me remember.

So glad you were able to get her. Praying for her and that baby. Hopefully getting any abscess teeth dealt with will clear up that infection. The tumor - that's likely a vet needing to evaluate. Praying that can be removed. Also, if it's a cancer, I know dogs and people are using fenbendazole (dog dewormer) to treat cancer type situations.
