Thru the years I found my collection of Cashmere sweaters, gloves & scarves at thrift shops for under ten bucks a piece! Some were new with tags!
They were worn under my blouse, with only a leather jacket needed to break the wind, I kept toasty warm at speed on my Gold Wing Touring motorcycle in the winter. I even had a thicker turtleneck I could only wear when it was under 40 degrees. I kept 2 turtlenecks in my saddlebag and car trunk because sometimes in the spring and fall mornings could be cold, esp with the rain. Wool will keeps us warm even when wet!
