Hold on, when shutting out of the yard I saw that he used his drivers break to stop. Straight breaks are the breaks to use when doing it light engine. Another thing is that after you clear your AWS you can turn it off due to there not being any AWS equipment under the train or on the tracks. Edit- And yes I do have TSW

The A- Z Channel What is the rationale for using the straight brake? The game does a poor job of explaining the difference. Also where is the switch to disable the AWS?

@@ProfessorPesca it's disabled by default you have to enable it on the older br trains by pressing the aws cab changeover and aws isolation switch which are located in various different places depending on loco your driving on modern UK trains it's 1 switch you press to enable it

Wow! There seemed to be notable disregard for safety in this scenario. Firstly, in departure from Holbeck, the locomotive exceeded 5mph. Then after exiting the depot , the loco was driven from the trailing cab (wrong end) all the way the failed train in Leeds station. The driver would be unable to read the signals from that cab, not to mention the consequences if there was someone trackside. Finally, and may be partly be down to the builders of the simulation of the game, there was no effort to perform a brake continuity test before departure from Leeds. On a point of detail to the builders, what is a point lever doing sticking up in the four foot on the route out of Holbeck?

What is the FPS like on this map? I get nice FPS in CSX, Rapid Transit and The New York Penn map but GWE has these weird FPS drops. Is this the same as GWE in terms of random FPS drops or have they done it good? (My FPS is low on GWE but so is my GPU and CPU usages) :(

Anyone knows what I'm doing wrong in this scenario? I can't get the driver brake to work. I can't stop the train at the first station after the tunnel. I checked all the things. I set the switch behind the seat to passenger air brake and still nothing. It's on PS4

Kamil Piorkowski Have you got the pin in the brake? There’s a little switch on the driver’s brake that locks it in whatever position it is currently in.
