If Jim is the voice of reason and he quickly pointed out that it makes no sense that they would purposely turn her into a weapon she could control, than we're left with the conclusion that this is an unintentional consequence. Meaning that these powers/side effects could weaken, stop or even turn on her. Negotiating with the aliens was a smart move.

LET'S GO LADS FOR THE VAs, THE STORY AND THEIR GLORY! (starts preparing the stuff) EDIT: Just finished watching this and I am blown away!! You guys are amazing! - we found out that the Aliens modified her as their Conduit before our boys found her. For what reason and why only her? Can we also see the wound that she has? They did give her the ability to understand their language but she'll never let them know that she gots the anime cool powers; Healing factor/Regeneration and energy blasts (her mom will be so suprised if she saw her kid has powers) . I can think of a hundred reasons as to why the aliens need her but we'll see what Kim and the team are cooking up on the next video - NO! Not Will!! Is he really gone? I was hoping he is joined with the president and the others on the Hostage situation. - Brian almost confessed (?) to Listener when he is carrying her. Emerson called Derreck Bagpipes XD - We need to choose 3 people only to be with Listener? I can understand the whole thing but most people will choose all of them. Maybe this will go direct to some romance route/scenes on the next videos. This is my preference I might choose Linus (medic/soldier), Brian (soldier/strategist) and Jack (soldier/support). BRING OUT THE POLLS!! I have full support and respect on whoever wins the upcoming polls. - Everyone is very supportive of Listener and her mother to get through tough times. I like how they are afraid of the President (getting her hurt, fired from the job and disobeying orders) now wait till she hears that her daughter got a special someone during the whole series (better be prepared boys) XD

I just finished it and I am blown away! I'm in love with this series, the dialogue, the story, the characters and their VAs! The emotions and personalities in their voices! I love it all! Now as for the 3 choices I think most logical choices are: Jack [Support/Huge Comfort/Protection/Soldier]; Jim [Support/Strategist/Big comfort/Soldier]; Linus [Medic in training/Support/Smarts/Soldier] Those are my choices. This was amazing guys! I can’t wait for Part 3! I think we should bring Jim, Brian, and Alex. Jim because he’s the voice of reason, Brian because he’s thinks fast on his feet and has combat experience, and Alex because we may need a medic and Alex seems more confident than Linus. Also, I think Linus still has the medical supplies Alex asked for and we don’t know if Linus can give it to Alex. Also, we don’t know if the listener’s powers are temporary. If we or someone else gets hurt, we’ll need a medic. Any way, I can’t wait! This was fantastic!

The high intensity keeps me on my toes and I love all of the characters so much they're all absolute gems 😭😭 (but I have to say I'm leaning towards Jack, Linus, and Jim, they're just so sweet) I can't wait for the next episode!!

Pre video: I'm over here waiting for the bus and I screamed so loud! I might've scared the neighbors 🤣 I always felt like I'm watching a movie when I saw the first part! And getting to see our amazing VA's again is amazing! I'm nervous asf and I feel like this might make me cry or something! Post: I love to hear their characters come in and then getting to see the visuals on screen really brought in the movie element. The twist with listener was wild and it's the way I didn't even factor in something like that. I will say, the characters that died made me tear up a little- Also, the comedy was too tier during this part- It was amazing, I found myself laughing my ass off because of some parts. The team did absolutely amazing once again and I feel like we're being spoiled with how good this was! The end had me stressed out and wanting to cry man- Now I'm trying to figure out what will happen next! I can't believe you played with my heart strings like that! No matter what happens Brian and Jim most definitely have to come with us because the two of them have been protecting and comforting listener from the beginning at god tier levels!
