That sucks, best of luck!! Sewage run off on that water, e-coli, bacteria, parasites, giardia etc in that water... yes ya gonna have to worm and watch very closely for sickness in the animals.. hose down Mowers and what has been in the water. When it receeds put lime on the groud and wash down the buildings with something to kill parasites, bacteria and such. Hope that you have home owners insurance to help cover some of the costs for clean up....

I feel for you I have a 5 acre farm south of Ocala and had 2 feet of standing water for a month non stop last summer. In the middle of storm now and standing water already. Bringing in fill dirt for lowest areas and parrot cages.
