I can't praise this charity enough. These testimonials are amazing. Do these children appreciate how much they bless us too? I hope they know its mutual. They are our heros as much as we are thiers. My boiler is broken an I have to use a bucket at the moment. Privileged girl problems! No complaining on my part. Clean water pumps into my home. Everybody PLEASE - - Don’t just sponsor a child “WRITE OFTEN”... All kids expect to be fed and taken care of but it has to be absolutely awful to see other kids get letters every month and YOU DON’T. Take the time - no excuses.

I think you mis judge the mentality of children in developing counties. They have no expectation of being taken care of, that expectation is a privileged one of children in affluent societies. One meal a day is common. Sponsorship puts three meals on the table, shoes on feet and books on shelves. Impoverished children have no such expectation, just hope. Write often but not to often to pressurise your child (a few times a year). Give as much as you can afford without guilt. It lifts the whole family. If you can't give extra be sure your sponsorship is a life changing gift and enough. This children a grateful for your much and little x
