Check the methodology of the paper to find source of the questionnaire and put that reference in Google Scholar to locate the paper.

Ms. Kiran, thanks for your message. You will need to separately search for the variables. 1. Search for Women Entrepreneurship, Here this construct is not entirely clear, what is it about Women Entrepreneurship that you are trying to measure, this is not entirely clear. By the look of it, it seems you are searching for Women Entrepreneurship Opportunities and its impact on their motivation to engage in Entrepreneurial activities. 2. Again, Motivation, is it general Motivation of a women, You would first need to clear define your constructs, there are times when you do not find the exact questionnaire, but then one has to make changes to existing questionnaire to suit it to the study being undertaken.
