Ebay Customer Services definitely NOT helping to resolve a problem and suggesting things that could get me into more problems on the platform. #Timewasters

I always tell people to make payment through ebay prior to collection, try and do that next time, you can always amend the invoice if they selected postage rather than collect before they pay. Plus try using ebay FB business page for help, much much better ive not rung for a couple of years.

I have tried several times to get rid of collection only, I have raised it through ebay and it still is on all my listings. All I have been told is if they select it to tell them no you can't collect it is an error on ebays side and then get them to pay postage. I hate collections, nearly always problems and I don't want people I don't know coming to my house.

That would have driven me mad. I had similar with a rep last week about a defect I got which i believe I shoudnt have. She wouldnt help, wanted me to get an email from Royal Mail to prove why my item was one day late, I gave up. Filled in a feedback form from them later. telling them in no uncertain terms how i felt after selling for 20yrs and not being believed. Today i open up eBay and low and behold defect has been taken off. Madness! I feel your pain..

i haven’t spoken with anyone at ebay customer support for over 2 years. all my customer service calls are done through ebay for business on fb messenger. it’s like russian roulette with who you get on the phone at ebay customer support. i think most of their call centre staff are geared towards the general public who don’t sell on ebay for a living. and i’m done with the motivational cocksuckery every time i did call telling me i’ve been with ebay for over 20 years blah blah blah. 😬. enjoy the rest of your week fella 👍🏼

Something so simple, just turns into a waste of time and a headache. I know you said wanted time off and making no content. A shame because really enjoy your videos, as you say it how it is. I Applause you for that. Like the whole paying for these groups, someone to tell you what you probably already know. Understand if you Need the break.but the odd pick ups video be nice. Love to see what gaming bits you pull out the bag.but if not all the best.👍

the representatives are very hit and miss some are good and understand what you are saying, and the rest definitely need more training or a customer skills course lol we have all had a problem that has taken 3 phone calls to sort out at one time I think you could have amended the invoice before marking as payment received as I have changed orders in the past

@salesoftheunexpected I only call ebay when I really have to. Most issues can sort yourself. Would have just clicked dispatched and moved on myself. Could listed a few items in the time you wasted ringing them.

i had this problem customer came to pick up a ford transit engine £375, it went on for about a month they took all their fees and kept shipping fee of £70 even tho they picked it up.

It's a complete pain that they cant make a simple amendment. Next time I'll check any collection only orders to ensure the buyer has chosen the correct option
