I was 100 pounds overweight for years..tried every diet and nothing worked so, I made up my own diet. First I had to learn how to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up (I started with Special K cereal). Then I had to stop eating anything past five hours before I went to bed. So between those hours, I ate anything I wanted 🐖. Those five hours before bed with nothing I thought I would starve to death, but after a few days, my body got used to it. I also didn’t move around very much so, I started walking. I could barely go one lap around the track at first, but I eventually worked my way up to 4 miles. I think it took me 18 months to lose that 100 pounds naturally by only doing the above, but 5 years later the weight is still off and I still stick to “my” diet. The only thing I changed was the track walking however, since I’m now a full time reseller, and doing all the work myself, it’s like doing all that exercise anyways 🙂

It jumpstarts your metabolism and gets you going for the day and eventually you get used to it. The best part of this also is you’re not depriving yourself of what you , you just can’t eat between certain hours.

You make me laugh when you talk about the post office women! 😂 mine are a trip too! So quick story, I have been using Thred up as a reselling source sending in boxes of my unsolds for the Zara NWT you know FP, etc. Well just so you know they are very much mismarking items, several items marked NWT were flawed, the wrong size, color even brand was wrong on several more than 4 orders.
