That male buyer sounds like someone I recently encountered. Left a negative feedback after lecturing me that the size 36 NWT labeled pants he bought were not a true 36 and I should have known better, I lack knowledge and on and on . Sometimes, these people are so ridiculous, you just have to laugh.

THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME ON EBAY LAST WEEK. I refunded someone because I didn't feel like arguing with them about the fact that the $20 SMARTWOOL item they bought was indeed wool, and I sent them a full refund. They proceeded to leave me negative feedback because 'ebay wasnt allowing them to contact me anymore, and I should have been more careful'. Officially I don't care about feedback on eBay. I use to get so upset about it TBH! sorry that happened to you....

Sales have been so slow for me. I turned off promoted listings on ebay because I realized I was paying extra money to ebay for the same if not less sales. Trying not to panic but it is so discouraging. do you do promoted listings?
