I am surprised to see a video today. I figured you were going to be busy with the yard sale. Hope you are selling tons of stuff for BIG money to help pay for "MORE" stuff. LOL.

@cherylmessina2332 I lost over 100lbs with keto before I met Zina. Unfortunately, I ended up with kidney stones and I quit doing it. Gained a bunch back, but now I know my limits better. Glad to hear it worked for you too!
