I hope you are all having a lovely bank holiday Monday. Today I went to a preloved clothing sale to sell some of my clothes. I had so much fun! Follow along to see how it went and how much money I made. Everything is going into my ISA to help save for a house deposit.

Thank you Rechenda that was a great profit and an enjoyable time I made bunting for an inlaw for there new decking and gazebo it did'nt cost me anything I did spend on food shop but limited and had a evening meal at a cousins house and did'nt spend but gifted a candle as a thank you for invite so am pretty please with myself as a very low spend weekend..hug to the Handsome Jack ..x

@@BudgetFoodieUK well now Sainsburys was a bit of a fail no watermelon left and the kiwis wereas hard as concrete so i bought them in the hope they will ripen over the next month yes... month . Strawberries were sold outand thre wasnt a punnet of grapes to be had . Since thefuit situation was so dire i found myself wondering into the naughty aisles where a not so littlebar of lindt choclate wanted to come home with me and then it decided it needed companyso i had to buy it a friend in the form of a share bag ofwalkerssensation roast chicken and thyme crisps and whoopsie i might just have forgotten tocheck tbe ingredients for nasties . Anyhow i dont indulge thatoften plus i lost a lot of weight over the past year when i was poorly so it wont do me any harm lol. I am just off the phone with my eldest and my mum and to end my phonecalls for the night a convo with the ih invisible husband which was actually pleasantly lighthearted tbats 2 times in a row ..... a micracle and a win. Hope u enjoyed the bank hol and r ready to get back to normal tommorrow. I am going to watch the rest of the vlog i started earlier u r really knocking the content out of the bag lady R cant wait to see what you have planned next. i hopeu r taking us to milan with you doing the usual what i packed and room tour etc etc i am excited to see the line up of expensive shop fronts px

My understanding is, If you are selling your own clothes for less than you paid, then I don’t think any tax is due! If you bought the clothes especially to sell to make a profit then yes there would be.

Looks fun in my home town. I think if you are selling your items there's no tax to pay. If you're buying to sell then that's different. Had a rubbish day, was poorly and it was my burpday 😢

Did you clock your mileage, you might be able to put that into consideration if you have to pay tax on your “selling” it’s shocking al the tax we have to pay!
