It's not matter of population ratio, it's a conspiracy that first backward categories were created and later on reservation and now ratio in population, this is self made terminology to curb the rights of general category,if someone is financially weak halp him financially,why reservation at the cost of general category., there should be only two categories one financially weak, second financially sound,and who are financially weak should be fully supported financially till they come out from that problem, moreover why is backward person always backward though being on higer positions, what is this nonsense shutdown for ever the doors of backward, let them also live a respectful life, constitution of india was framed in 1947 to 1949 when there were no basic amenities on for flung and higher reaches of the country,but now its twenty first century every one enjoys basic facilities,if not provide them financial support till they become self employed.
