@@user-bt7xh1zq6p wht do you mean by "program"? Do we need a rom/prom/eprom programmer kind of things? If so then it'll be quite complicated (at least for me, 😓). I m just a simple village guy who bought a used hilti te70 (it's damn cheap, and it works back then - until recently). Hv no idea its gonna be this ridiculous with Hilti hardware or else wont even considered it... And now its (the Hilti) worth more than scrap metal (by weight) for me 😓😢

Bypassing the electronics will cause the tools motor to overspeed. The tool will not hammer correctly if the motor is over speeding. I'm sure you discovered this after you posted this video.

I noticed Breenan didn't get back to you regarding that question did he??? because it's a scam to get you to come in for a $400 service and for them to up sell more drills to you. Yes, you are right the smaller tradesman can't afford to take time off work or expenses in parts/false servicing for this shit excuse of a light to protect your drill. The old Hiltis didn't have this shitting light and all was good. For larger builders with a higher turn over they don't miss this type of money but the small guy can't be mixed up with this if he is going to survive.

Brennan Patrick You are right Patrick, it is true all what you say. But you can explain that if someone wants ti fix this tools in the best of the way, has just to take the electronic of the old te 905 ( without AVR ) that is similar of te 54, 55, 504, 505, 74,75,704 705 . You can adjust in the handle, and the hammer will never have this problem again

Agreed, this is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS! Imagine if this (Hilti) is a car manufacturer, and your car would suddenly stop working at a preset milage upon which u hv to bring it back (and only) to Hilti to hv the car "reset" so it'll be working again! Totally RIDICULOUS business model... Wondering how they surviving todate... Unless the ones that bought their hardware were kind of tricked or scammed into buying one at first... 😤

Exactly, so disappointed 200$ deposit for minimum charge just to look at it, then 580$ is the max price to fix, they hold a credit card. If Hilti decides is gonna be 580$ for maintenance and u don’t wanna fix it.. it’s still a 200$ minimum charge. And this is for A 1,200$ rotor hammer that used cost 600$… but then who knows when the light will turn on that one… then ur back to the same shit.. so messed up.. bad service…

Primero que nada, saludos a todo, déjenme darles un consejo, no hagan eso que el hizo,esos equipos manejan un controlador de revoluciones y cuando evitas la electrónica del equipo(lo pones directo) no golpea y desgasta el las piezas internas innecesariamente, si se puede resetear pero esta no es la manera.
