The printer is on, the first step is to unplug the power cable on the back of the printer, then press and hold the printer power button and then plug the power cable on the back of the printer (the power button is still pressed and hold down until the position of the small light next to the power button is on), the second step is to pay attention to the panel The LCD printer has a question mark home button and the back lights up, you press the home button on the LCD 2 times and then press the Back button 1 time, and repeat until the LCD screen appears bluesreen. the third step press next (bottom right text on the LCD), select next and select Full reset.
