24:09 Looove your sweatsuit, looks so comfy!! Growing up as a Catholic, we had 7pm service Xmas eve, the midnight mass, then one more service the next morning on Christmas! Some people would attend all of them but we usually went to the 7pm, it was a fun one and usually had children choir, so cute!! Merry Christmas btw, hope it's great and full of fun and love! ⛄️🎄☃️🥰

I love your videos so much! It inspires me to actually do my skincare , get ready for the day even if I'm not leaving the house, and use my light therapy too. It's hard being a stay at home mom and focus on your selfcare, but you inspire me to do so. ❤ Keep doing what you do! It's great content, especially the day to day stuff.

Thanks so much for sharing this. I know it can be hard as a SAHM to find time to take care of you, but I’m glad you’re doing that ✨🥂 Merry Christmas ⭐️

Hope you and your family had a Merry Christmas! 🎄 I’m a few minutes in, but I’m loving the pep talk. I need to make it a habit to go to bed earlier than I do 😅

Struggling with that also. Cheers to 2025 being the year we finally get to bed earlier and wake up earlier haha 🥂 happy new year!

Hi Tash! I really enjoyed the chat today and loved hearing about food and weight and how to try to go about things. I like how you put it about starting small. I am the opposite bc I def go all in then give up. I’m going to try doing just baby steps if you will! Also, your hair color is so pretty and looks good on you. I wanted to mention that I think all women struggle with ageism and weight and hormones and it’s partly societal norms and the stress we put on ourselves to look our best. I have to remind myself I am more than how I physically look and God loves me. We stay home on Christmas no family to share with my parents are dead and both sisters live in other states soooo it is what it is. But we always have a great Christmas because Jesus is the true meaning of the season. On that note I wish you and your family a very happy and Merry Christmas and to all here! I wish all of to have a blessed and healthy New Year! See you after Christmas or in the New year! 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎊🎊

Thanks for sharing. I’m sorry about your parents. But I love how you’re holding on to the true meaning of the season 🌟 it’s a beautiful reminder of what Christmas is truly about. And I share that same sentiment. I feel like women can sometimes set such high standards and judge each other more than anyone else. I do agree - how God sees us is so much more important than how anyone else does. I never want anyone to feel like they need to live up to something when watching my videos. For me, it’s about taking care of myself & being healthy. Happiest of holidays to you and yours. Have a very Merry Christmas ⭐️ and blessed New Year as well!

Dude, I know you don't like your hair, you've been very clear about that lol. And I am the same way, I am an absolute hair queen. I've been doing extensions on myself and getting them done for 12 years and I'm super critical of my hair. So I get it... But, I've said it before and I'll say it again your hair looks the best it's ever looked. Seriously, I'm obsessed with your natural color. Your hair looks nice when you have it very ashy don't get me wrong, but your natural color and your hair shorter even grown out a little bit the way it is now it just looks so good! You look so much more natural and put together and I'm just obsessed with it lol! ❤ Trust me short hair is something that a lot of women cannot do, and you just rock it.

I appreciate that. 🤗 I’ve come to love my natural hair color also. It helps that I have some blonde pieces from previous color in the front to brighten up a bit. But the length right now I’m not crazy about, mainly bc I have some hair breakage from processing my hair so it’s thinner on the ends than usual. But I appreciate you saying that. I do like to switch my hair up but I plan to stick to this color :)

I hate my hair too I have the same density as hers. I just use extensions and thank god for what I still have left! I’ve seen way worse

@@TashVitorskyI have super thin hair as well, and the front bits are always broken so I am 💯 with how you feel! I'm glad you like the color now 😁 it suits your skin and brings out your eyes 💗

Don’t forget that fitness watches tell you total calorie burn during a workout and not relative/active calories. Meaning, if you ran and your watch tells you you burned 300 calories you need to remember that had you chosen to sit on the couch instead you would have still burned calories, just less than 300. So, you have to take your 300 calorie burn MINUS the calories you would have burned anyway during that time. I used to spin 600 calories and think that allowed me 600 extra calories to eat without consequence, when in reality the relative burn may have been 400. I would justify an extra 1000 calories a week, easy, and then get confused when my results didn’t match my understanding. Better watches will actually show you the difference between your total calories burned and your “active” calories thanks to your increased activity.

I never thought of that. Thanks for bringing light to that. That makes a lot of sense!
