Nina! Don’t feel too bad about waking up later. Sometimes I try to force myself to wake up early but i find myself taking naps throughout the day and very sluggish from lack of sleep. But when I let myself get an extra hour or two of sleep i find that I’m faster, more energized and well rested! Take care of your body and don’t push yourself too harshly. luv u 💞💫

Just recently entered my first year of college and I am struggling way more than I did in High School, as the course load is way more intense. Im having trouble turning in assignments on time and mid-terms are definitely kicking my butt, but this inspired me to reset and schedule out my day better, but also make sure I have some me time ! Hye Nina, when I was still in uni (until about 5 months ago) I’ve always watched your video. But when I started working, entering two months of adulthood now 🥹 it became hard to take care of myself. To make it worst, I worked with an international company so I’ve been doing night shifts since the first day I started 😭 it was hard, I feel myself starting to lose control of my daily routines. My room has been a mess for weeks now and i have two ikea bags of unfolded laundry, and i feel like it has been so long since i did any skincare routines 😭😭😭 but today somehow, i decided to watch this video of yours. Its 12.45 am here, and I’m now on my way to take a nice shower, changed my beddings, and maybeee i will finally fold all my clothes.
