تصفير القطع في الطابعات يوفر علينا الكثير عندما تخبرنا الطابعة أن العمر الإفتراضي للقطعة قد إنتهى فهذا لا يعني أن القطعة التي كانت تطبع قبل دقائق بشكل ممتاز قد أصبحت تالفة ولكن العملية مبنية على أرقام وغالباً ما يكون عمر القطع أكثر بكثير من الأرقام الإفتراضية وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالدرم والبلت والفيوزر والرولات (Drum, Belt Unit, Fuser, Feed Rollers, Transfer Roller) أولاً الحبر: يمكن إجراء هذه العملية مرة واحدة بعد انتهاء الحبر وذلك للاستفادة من الكمية المتبقية من الحبر، أو تنفيذها عند تركيب حبر جديد أو عند إعادة تعبئة الحبر ثانياً: باقي القطع وتشمل الدرم والبلت والفيوزر والرولات يمكن إجراء هذه العملية مرة واحدة أو أكثر بعد انتهاء العمر الإفتراضي الى أن تتلف تلك القطعة وتتفاوت سهولة وصعوبة عملية تصفير قطع الطابعات من شركة الى أخرى فمثلاً أسهاها البرذر أما طابعات الأوكاي مثلاً فبحاجة الى شرائح الكترونية لإجراء عملية التصفير للقطع

Worked on printers and photocopiers for more than 15 years and tell you now that the toner is toxic and I certainly wouldn't be using an air compressor to clean these units out!

MSDS indicate it's safe but tot to atomise it due to lung irritation, but not actually toxic.

@@BornAgainCynic0086 The toner contains 99% plastic and 1% organic pigment. The plastic when heated to melting point causes toxic fumes and is related to Chronic illness such as Chronic fatigue for one and can put an acid lining on your lungs. These printers and laser copiers must be used in a well ventilated area or you'll end up with health problems later on. Nearly all printers and laser copiers have rear heat output ventilation grilles. Over a period of time the walls behind these laser units will display excess toner that will be present on the wall as well. Don't always believe that a manufacturers claim that these toners and powers are safe within guidelines because after 30 years I'm still suffering from exposure to this crap years later.
