As always great stuff today. Glad you guys are really nailing it. It’s really fun to be part of this. One thing I wanted to ask you’d kind of made some comment about you know why they sign because they wanna be competitive and stuff, but don’t you think part of those signings that Ron Francis did which seemed a little out of character could also be attributed to him kind of making sure trying to save his ass because he’s in the last year of his contract? I made a comment on the after game show last night about talent. Of course this team has talent. They’re professional sports athletes. My point was a thing like consistency is a talent and this team just does not only have it but it just seems like they cannot beat good teams this season they can beat the crap out of crappy teams, but they cannot get past good teams. It’s just curious about that because the signings those are very, not like him. I really was hoping they would play more of the kids this year and maybe wait for some of those contracts to kind of expire this season. now even if they bring up the kids next year they’re still gonna be a little saddled with some of those contracts and like you guys said and made a great point, I think they do have too many guys on this team that are making like 5 million and they’re basically middling at best.

I set my expectations about missing the playoffs like the broad side of a barn back in early november when we got shut out by the senators and then the bruins in a row. I'd have to verify but I believe this team is worse off now than they were around this time last season and unfortunately there's no miracle winter classic to jumpstart the vibes back. Time for difficult discussions and some big changes after this season imo (and just for GMRF: no that does not mean another chandler-type contract).

You realize that the KK trade was the Kraken's first trade ever to get a specific player in return? Everyone else have been free agent or waivers' pickups. Crazy eh?
