it’s Christmas eve and it’s my second Christmas alone. Internet went out right as I say down with the dinner I cooked myself and had a breakdown, crying and wondering why right now? Found this video since I figured it was a problem with the outlet the router was plugged into, and then confirmed it was the fuse box because some outlets upstairs weren’t working either. You won’t believe it- it was the RCD! 🙄 thank you for saving my Christmas. 💜🎄

Just had to do this as all of my kitchen sockets went off and I couldn't reset the trip. Unplugged everything in the kitchen and was then able to reset it. Great video many thanks! 👍👍

Thank you. Tried all the sockets and couldn’t find the problem, but then realised the integrated dishwasher was plugged in. Once I’d unplugged it, it reset straight away, now it’s all working fine 👍👍
