I have a Jennov system with (2) cameras installed. One of the cameras does not show on the display when I try to perform a quick set to add it and it prompts for credentials I get connection failed consistently. The camera does not contain a reset button what is another way to reset the camera so it would display.

What if the camera doesn't have the question mark sign in the web page?

It means you didn't download their plug in when it prompted you to. You have to use the plug in with XMEYE and allow after.

مرحبا .... لدي جهاز NVR نفس البرنامج في هذا الفيديو ولا اعرف كلمة المرور او نمط الامان و جربت كما في الفيديو الا ان الباركود لايظهر كود الجديد وتظهر عبارة تم ارسال الكود ل ايميل و لا اعرف لمن هذا الايميل
