The reason Leon replies with a simple 'ok" is because in the original Japanese dub he says " yorushuku " which is a word that basically translates into " nice to meet you and let's get along " so when they were dubbing the English version , his mouth only flaps for one word but they needed to convey around 4 which was not possible hence they used the most in offensive suppliment

It still boggles my mind how so many fans want Leon to hook up with Ada. Oh, so because they've been flirting since the original RE2? Come on. Ada has always used him, and she will continue to do so until Capcom finally decides to give us ALL a goddamn break already. In fact, RE6 made it clear that she still only considers Leon "cute". It's even more ironic how Leon has the reputation of being a badass amongst the fanbase, yet he acts like a lovefool in every single game and movie he's in. How hasn't he realized yet that he has been friendzoned for the past 20 years? It's tedious seeing him chase Ada EVERY SINGLE TIME. Just stop, Capcom. Funnily, I think that Capcom want to test new waters, hence why they put in a few Cleon moments in this remake. Claire is visibly more into him (as opposed to the original RE2, where she only cared about finding Chris), and both keep flirting, like in this ending. We are in a soft reboot right now (plenty of retcons in REmake 1 and 2, and REmake 3 will have changes too) anyway, so maybe they want to see how we like this pairing? Well, it definitely works for me. This newer Claire is more into Leon than any version of Ada has ever been. Enough already with Leon having yellow fever like an absolute moron.

@@bursky09 I don't disagree with you about his personality, but the way he's shown in the scene, he's pissed off and betrayed and is done listening to Ada's lies. Basically, he's at the end of his rope and isn't working so hard on controlling them. Like at 9:08, you can hear the hurt and anger in his voice when he pulls hjs gun on Ada, and when she keeps talking about the big picture while all he can think about is her betrayal, for that one brief moment, he slips. He does get himself under control again fairly quickly, but just for that one moment we see his true emotions. Even at 9:20, his voice raises just enough when he says, "And I'm just doing mine, so Drop That Damn Gun!" Thats where my ad lib starts, and I just wanted to let him have that chance to release a little bit.
