Either the person is compatible and they become a tyrant, or they ‘V Act’ which means they become a zombie, then a crimson head, then a licker. After playing Resident Evil 4, I finally realized that Luis Seras was involved in the development of Nemesis and the jacket that Nemesis was wearing was a inhibitor jacket to prevent further mutations but once the jacket was burnt off, tyrant abilities manifested and behold a tyrant with obedience and adaptability of a human plus with some speech capabilities let me know easily he is originally not just a zombie.

I am slightly disappointed as well the fact that they show off his second form way too early and I felt like he's less intimidating as well. I was expecting the game to be long but it turned out to be very, very dumb. they didn't even follow up the story correctly didn't get you to play in The Clock Tower or the park if anyone was fighting Nemesis second form it should be Carlos. I don't get why Nemesis second form appearance has to look like some kind of animal. I was expecting him to look like his technical coming out of his body Etc, but I guess you can't win them all.

Honestly nemesis just seemed lazily designed, He looks cool and i like the modified Mr.X suit because it fits the lore but he has multiple chances to finish jill or be intimidating but instead he just holds her up for 5 seconds then tosses her to the side. And when he has the flame thrower the speed walking animation was super goofy looking the could have had him take bigger steps or at least run. He's still great i just wish he would have been a lil more spooky n not have the speed walk of a 7 year old.
