Yeah, just like the original ! His redesign is so fucking good it's like I can't even look his old self anymore. My only regret is that he didn't felt like this unstoppable stalker that could pop anytime in your playthrough, they did a much better job on that with Mr. X in RE2 Remake.

Something I’m noticing is that Nemesis has a turbo charger (my assumption) over his heart. This must not be far off from implementing neck bolts in Frankenstein’s monster in order to bring him to life. These augmentations seem necessary to enliven such massive creatures but also in Nemesis’ case to keep him alive and running at such extraordinary capacities. Interestingly enough, Frankenstein’s monster, also known as The Fiend by the bad doctor, was brought about by divine powers being lightning; once alive The Fiend never needed such power injection again. Clearly the better design than our towering G-Virus enemy here running on what appears to be an artificial power source-until he mutates anyway. The bigger the beast the greater the power requirement.
