back in 2005 I bought RE4 and was blown away by the graphics and sound, it was like no other game on any platform! I couldn't believe the GameCube had the power to display such amazing graphical fidelity. explosive lightning and thunder with rain looked amazing as did the bloom from the torches. I finished this game at least 10 times and never once did I get bored! for some reason I prefer the look of the GameCube over all, the dull look really enhances the mood of the game than the high Rez found in the PC and next gen consoles. I'll never forget the first time I heard Resident evil 4 in the title screen. it was so well done, you knew you were in for blast. best RE game of all time.

For the first time against him, yes. But once you know his moves, he's easy enough to deal with, if not easier. Avoid the tentacles unless you need to dodge the monster head's attack, which is a instant kill. If you're one of the faithful one who keep using the bolt action rifle (and fully upgraded it, bringing the firepower to 30.0), you're in real good luck; 8 well-aimed shots will take him down, no less. Aim for his head for best results; take more shots than otherwise mentioned, you're probably aiming at the wrong spot.

I find if you go as far to the right as possible on the upper levels Salazar barely (if ever) attempts the instant kill head move. Just need to dodge a few tentacles and unload a few broken butterfly bullets in him and he's easy peasy.

No One you should have highly upgraded powerful weapons like riot gun or magnum, a fully uprgaded red9 can also do a lot of damage (highest damage handgun in the game). When you freeze it, just fire with all the weapon you have and it will be dead (i needed about 3 gases). Or, just use a rocket to insta kill.

The best weapons for resident evil 4 bosses El gigante use TMP and explosive bomb if his plaga appear shoot it by rifle. Mendez mutant use TMP and flaming bomb. Garrador use mine thrower or magnum and hit his plaga behind him. Verdugo use the freeze cylinders to freeze him then shoot him by magnum . Salazar monster first shoot his eye with shotgun second after Salazar appear shoot him by magnum or rocket launcher you found in the castle. Iron maiden get close to him and use the magnum. U3 close the iron rods and shoot his head by magnum also use the flaming bombs. Krauzer mutant shoot his appearing body like his leg by magnum . Saddler use whether any gun to shoot his eyes or throw the explosive bomb or hit the barrel to knock him then shoot his mouth by magnum repeat this until ada give you the rocket launcher. Saddler battle against ada use bowgun just before saddler attack you if he open his mouth attack him by knife. That's all the perfect tactics against re4 bosses.

I was SURPRISED with the level of gameplay here the pkayer could even GET a rocket launcher… (I think it is bought by making money from Mercenaries mode, so maybe he just played Mercenaries long enough??). Playing RE exactly you would by blindly shooting at enemies like a FPS shooting game is a BIG NO (no aiming at weak spots AT ALL), no wonder he barely got enough ammo to fight El Gigante.
