First of all you will need to extract game files, and change data in config.txt data, and then repack it. Paste E3_VER = OFF

Hello bio how it's going? i was importing some .dat files to the game and in some levels it shows me "no bin data", how can i import the bin files? thx

It seems to me that this is due to the fact that some locations require .bin files that are stored in .smd files, and the smd file itself is located in a file with the .das extension. For example, this error occurs in d r202, unfortunately, to fix this you need to either write a script in a cheat engine or create programs for editing game files.

I'm curious as to how you got the cutscenes to work in this version. Been trying to get the merchant cutscene in r102 to work. Is there something specific that needs to be added/edited to the evd file?

You need to edit the EVD file. The launch of the cutscene is prevented by the .MDT file inside the cutscene, but there is no way to delete this file and repack the cutscene back.
