One thing I liked about El Gigante was how it added a new element of fighting to the game and kept things a little more fresh as it went on. Variety and all that jazz. Definitely not scary, but gave a different enemy to fight in a different way. RE4 is such a good game.

It could have a regenerator mouth implanted maybe in a hole in its broken chest cavity. Heck, it could even be s reborn version of the one leon destroyed. Perhaps its broken pieces could have been reconstructed or revitalized using regenerator dna.

You should redo this video for the remake, since their lore was more fleshed out in it, there's even notes about El Gigante and hints about what they were used for in and around the first one's boss arena, one hint you see while going through the arena the first time, the other one you can view after the first El Gigante has been felled, you can visit where it was sleeping and there is a journal indicating the creation and study of it in a bit more detail than Louis' notes

The duo El Gigante often get stuck and the AI goes haywire when you don't kill one of the giants with the lava pool. It just seems like adding Ashley to the mix just breaks their AI even further, because both enemies want to grab Ashley and Leon, and both are designed to kill Ashley instead of capturing her. I'd bet their AI is different enough from all the other enemies to make the two get into each others way instead of cooperating like normal Ganados do.

Something that size with a large or two hearts and lungs would struggle to keep all its cells oxygenated its body would undergo necrosis. as far as I'm aware there are no parasites that would cause organs to enlarge. also all the bodies of systems would struggle with the body mass increase it would constant high supplement food to maintain the bones and not just eat people. I always thought that el gigante and de Lagos were cryptids since it was set in a secluded area. Leon survived because he was already infected with the embryo. Keep in mind, they wanted the president's daughter to get back to the states to infect everyone. Would they let this giant defeat him? No. They would tell the giant "To go easy". With the embryo in place it gave Leon near immortality. Compared to the other games, they seem to give Leon an easy time.
