The way this game looks in the footage makes it seem like it had been heavily remastered into the next generation of the era it came in (AKA - PS3/Xbox 360), which is really impressive and I highly appreciate all the work that has been put by the community when it comes to mods and even the simplest of patches. And i love this area, this is my favorite part in RE4, it truly feels like a RE game because of the atmosphere and the monsters are finally proper scary zombies. The best survival-horror of all time !! I remember when I played it on the GameCube the stress that went down when you could only hear your footsteps. Whereas when there was noise or music you knew it could happen at any moment. The npc shouting in Spanish ^^ what memories :) Thanks for the video, you can see that they really added a lot. Or maybe I didn't remember, but the zombie soldiers with their SM masks (lol) that you drop with the crane, it's excellent and I don't think they were present on the first version (GameCube) ;) Ohhh The scene with the wrecking ball is really cool (fortunately in this version Leon has more weapons and ammunition than in the GameCube version, it's a good thing it adds a "shooter" side, rahhh I really want to play it :) thx again for the video I'm going to watch all parts of the game I think ^^

O problema não é bem cortar ou modificar é como fazem isso, eu particularmente não gosto do RE3 original, acho uma trama fraquissima, parece não me levar a lugar nenhum, tirando o nemesis não há nada mt wow no game e deixa claro que aquilo era pra ser um spin off quando colocamos code veronica na mesa. Já RE3 Remake, embora curto e caro dms pra exp, é um jogo bem divertido de se jogar, o fator replay continua alto e eles alteram a game play dele pra ser diferente (mas não tanto) do que ja era legal no RE2. "ah mas num tem clock tower", quem liga? é um cenario do re3 tal qual é o do zoologico tá lá pra encher linguiça. RE3 de 99 tem um puta fator nostalgico, mas analisando enredo se tirarmos o nemesis o jogo num adiciona literalmente nada na lore de RE.

Little thing for the future, the order in which you put effects into your reshade reck is imprtant. You wanna make sure that your depth of field comes last, otherwise you'll get some weird layering artiffacts where the correct lighting applied by the ssgio shader will be applied ontop of the already blurred image, like at 3:45. If you apply DoF last it will first add the shading and then blur everything after accordingly.

Really nice, but the contrast between light and dark is too heavy. Lots of areas that have crushed black levels (where the shadows are way too dark and don't show any details. Just black.) The lit areas also look a tad too bright, but that's not as noticeable as the black crush.

This game is absolutely incredible in VR on the Oculus quest 2. I only wish I had never played the original (I've played it countless times on various systems) so I could have experienced it first in VR. That is the main problem at the moment in VR, lack of AAA titles - there's really only Half-Life-Alyx and Resident Evil 4; and resi 4 is nearly 17-years-old at this point (yet, it still holds up!) It's time for all the old, classic games to get remade for VR as VR is most definitely the future for gaming.
